FLOE-160: Change the namespace to gpii.metadata and directory restructure

Description

Currently the metadata component uses the fluid.metadata namespace. Since this is happening in a different repo and isn't directly part of Infusion it seems to make more sense to use a different namespace. Since the work will be part of gpii, we should use that names space.

fluid.metadata -> gpii.metadata

Moreover, the repo currently contains both metadata and feedback demos. To encapsulate the files for these demos, rec-construct directory structures to use different component sub-folders.
