Description

The pointer is always an i-bar when over the active tab.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Open the sortable jQuery Tabs example from the daily build site:
http://build.fluidproject.org/fluid/sample-code/reorderer/jquery-tabs/jquery-tabs.html

2) Place the pointer over the active tab (by default this is "Welcome"). Notice that the pointer is an i-bar

3) Pick up this tab and move it somewhere else. Notice that pointer always remains an i-bar

Environments

FF2, FF3, IE6, IE7, Opera 9.5 (Win XP)
