Description
Can't use the keyboard to move focus across an empty column. The empty column acts as a barrier to the keyboard navigation.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the simple portlets manual test:
http://build.fluidproject.org/fluid/tests/fluid-tests/manual/portal/simple-portlets.html
2) Move all of the portlets from the third column into the empty column.
3) Using the keyboard try to move focus from a portlet in the fourth column to one in the second column. Notice that you cannot move focus going left.
