Description
If the website is moved out of CMSMS, we need to take the html from the website and "make it work".
WGET was used to make an initial site copy, but some of the elements, such as css, rss feed, news, mailing lists are broken. These need to be fixed.

2011-01-20T17:27:23.564-0500 we need to stay with a CMS, perhaps we'll move to something besides CMSMS, but that will be evaluated later.
