Description
When trying to click the first transcript element, the transcript will scroll back down to the previously selected segment. This will only happen if the current transcript element is not visible within the same scroll view as the first element. For example, if the current selected segment was the last element of a long transcript.
Steps to reproduce:
1) start a video and open the transcripts
2) select the last transcript segment. You should not be able to see the first transcript segment at this point.
3) scroll up and click on the first transcript element.
Notice that the transcript is automatically scrolled back down to the last transcript element.

2013-02-25T17:11:22.459-0500 There is also some odd behaviour with the keyboard. You can select the first element with it, but moving focus with the arrow keys will jump you back to navigating around the previously selected element. This happens for all transcript segments.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the transcripts for a video
2) Using the keyboard, select any transcript segment other than the first one
3) Using the keyboard, navigate back to the first segment and select it. Notice that the focus highlighting didn't appear.
4) try to navigate down or up from the first transcript segment. Notice that you are moved around the previously selected transcript element instead of the first one.
