VP-297: Update VideoPlayer with the latest version of Infusion

Description

We need to update videoPlayer to use new Infusion framework (v1.5).

This change will introduce new functionality in the videoPlayer as well as a new UIO MediaControls tab.

  I discussed with Joanna how the Video Player preferences should be structured in the new UIO layout. Her recommendation is:
  1) remove volume altogether
  2) separate captions and transcripts, give each their own language prefs

  This branch has an updated Infusion (though not the very latest, because the very latest model transformation stuff does NOT work with the video player).

  There are still one or two tests that fail strangely, but as far as I can tell, the video player itself works just fine. I hope we can start the review process while I work to fix the tests.
